They somewhat control odor but with large amounts of incontinence, nothing will control that odor. They do fit well and breathability is so so. Overall would recommend, especially the Depend brand.

I have been wearing Depends for a while now and find them to be better than other products I have tried. I wear them day and night but do find that they only hold about a bladder-full. If I don't get up at night when I am sleeping they will leak. But all-in-all I am very satisfied with this product.

I have been using the DEPEND brand from COSTCO for over a year. The only complaint I have is that they fall apart too soon. I have to change them twice a day. recently they have been falling apart and the insides fall all over the floor. Ugh. They dont hold up as long as they used to. Maybe the MFG has been changed?

I like these because they fit better in the backside than others I've tried. They're soft and look good for what they are. They don't hold enough liquid so they have to be changed at least once if you have serious incontinence but they are still very nice underwear.
