I don't currently need a product that provides this level of protection, but tried it on in order to assess how comfortable it was and how well it fit. The size chart, based on waist circumference and pant size, predicted that I would be a size small, and I found that this was accurate. The underpants are a light tan/nude color with a blue flower print on the waistband. The "fabric" is molded to the body by a series of elastic threads, making the top of the product fit very much like underwear. The absorbant pad extends up the front and back of the garment, allowing it to be effective even with changes in position. I tested the absorbancy by pouring on several tablespoons of water, and found that the pad wicked away and locked in moisture very quickly. Unfortunately the product is not as soft or as comfortable as regular underwear, but if I needed it I would feel secure that it would protect me against leaks.

The leg holes were too loose and the underwear didn’t stay in place. Consequently, I had to keep pulling the underwear legs down so they didn’t ride up on my buttocks. Because if the ill fit, the bulky pad was not correctly positioned at all times. These Depend underwear are absorbent and have excellent odor control. However, they are extremely hot and not very breathable. Because of the ill fit, they are not appropriate to wear under my day time clothes. Albeit hot and uncomfortable, they are more appropriate to wear under pajamas at night.

During pre- and post-hernia surgery, increased urgency necessitated use of this product at a much younger age than I would have expected. Increased urgency, embarrassingly, meant not always "making it to the bathroom in time." Thankfully, the moisture wicking properties provided consistent dryness and control of any urinary odors. The size/fit were on point, adding no extra bulk under clothing.

They go on very easy and fit well you can’t tell she’s wearing them under her clothes. I love how thin they are but can hold a lot of liquid. I don’t have To worry about leakage with these.
