My only complaint is that they could be a little softer. These are very affordable, stretchy, and much more comfortable than pads.

I wasn’t able to keep them on long enough to evaluate the absorbency, leak protection or odor control. However, judging by the thickness they probably have good absorbency and leak protection. I actually prefer incontinence underwear as they are more comfortable and much more flattering.
