[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the closest they’ve made to underwear yet they are combiner thin and basically comfortable. And progress from others out there but basically a pull up and loud and the pad sometimes unsticks and will stick to you. So yay for progress but still much more to go there has to be some way to make inexpensive non diaper depends but congrats for the progress these are it until they do!! The absorbency is good for a small pad the coverage is also good just work on the fabric so we don’t feel like we are wearing pull ups!!

The material around the legs was very flexible, making it very easy to walk around without me feeling irritation. Definitely something I always get concerned about even with regular underwear. I do appreciate this product very much.

I have to leave a review because I have both bowel and bladder incontinence from illness and I've never actually really “emptied” until the other day, I full on wet the bed!! I couldn't believe it but thank goodness I was wearing these (I wasn't even sleeping in pants either) for the um other issue, lol. I think they're are discreet, though I tend to wear them under jeans and loose dresses, not my leggings but I haven't really tried it.

They Depend Nught Bladder Leak Underwear have a great amount of capacity, so far have not had any leakage. There is no odor and Have not experienced any sort of bothering rashes on the skin. It fits the body well and even if you are moving during the day the soft texture does not slide or feel loose and is not uncomfortable. I also liked that the waist was well adjusted without tightening too much. For me the most important thing is that it provides good protection and allows me to feel safe during the day, without worrying about leaks.
