You don't have to worry about leaks with these. I feel very confident in this product. They control odor well and the fabric is very breathable. The only thing that I would suggest to make them even better is velcro on the sides to make them easier to change.

They are very comfortable but do would a little “crunchy” when moving around. I can speak to absorbency and odor control because these are the ones my 93 year old mother used every day before she passed.

I feel this is more of an “leak a little” solution. I am around 180 lbs and the large fits me very well but there is also room for larger sizes in this size. The absorbency of they pad, I would compare to poise number three. Good absorbency without being super bulky.

There is hardly no material on the sides, just the elastic band, so basically it’s all pad. Extra material on the sides would make it more comfortable and I think would make it feel less bulky. The pad is not too thick but doesn’t need to be so wide. But if you’re only sleeping in them, I guess the comfort level isn’t so important for some people.
