Very disappointed to see that Sam's changed the ingredients for the cream. My carton in the fridge listed Heavy Cream and Carrageenan. The new list now has Mono %26 Diglycerides and Polysorbate 80.

The last couple of times I've bought this heavy cream, it pours with the consistency of paint and forms clumps when I use it in my coffee. It's nearly curdled.

It tastes like cream, but there are so many additives that the consistency is that of Elmer's Glue. Added fats, carrageeenan, polysorbate 80. It's nearly impossible to find real heavy cream anymore. Sure, it's cheap, but I prefer something of quality that's inexpensive. This is just cheap.

Never buy any dairy from the Sam's Club Walk-in cooler if it's in the middle. It gets too warm. They need to be against the wall away from the door. I used to buy this once or twice a month. The last two times six weeks apart, it was already clumping from spoiling and turning sour.

I was amazed at the price of this item as it's at least two bucks more at my local grocery store. Read the ingredients and it all became clear: contains thickeners and preservatives. WHY?? Other heavy cream has ONE ingredients and lasts a good long time, why mess with nature? Will never buy this again.

Like latex paint! In coffee, it floats on top then coats the sides of your cup in ugly gloop. As whipped cream, it takes on a texture that is quite unpleasant. It coats the roof of your mouth. We've purchased this product many times, and it seems to have transitioned over time. Too many additives.

Heavy cream worth the price. Much better value than the grocery stores here.
