I wonder how butter can taste different with different brands, well this one is very good, great butter flavor

A very good buy. Happy with the product. I place one lb in the refrigerator and freeze the rest until needed. Freezes well.

The one pound box of butter only weighs 15.95 oz including the box and the wrapper!!!! It should be one pound of better!!!!

The unsalted butter is great for baking and everyday use especially when you need to monitor daily salt in your diet

as before I love the products at Sam's especially the members mark products ! they are better or equal to the national brands but a lot less expensive !

I rely on Sam's quality and quantity of unsalted butter in my bakery! Frostings, my buttermilk pancakes with customer's choice for melted butter, and my cookies.

I ran out of salted butter, I had some unsalted butter leftover from the holidays when baking. Using this butter with Members Mark Himalayan Salt (the pink salt) gave it a much more complex flavor. I could really taste a huge difference even with fried or scrambled eggs, I'll never go back to pre-salted butter again! You're not going to get a kerrygold butter flavor from this but it is much improved over regular salted butter. For reference one stick (1/4 lb) of butter has between 1/4 teaspoon (lightly salted butter) to 1/2 teaspoon (regular salted butter) of regular salt and once again that is per 1/4 lb butter stick and not per box. For a half a stick of butter I use between 1/8 and 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt. I melt the unsalted butter and then stir in the salt. I'm sure it'll work with salt substitute or kosher sal just as well
