[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavors listed on the bag are accurate...it's got a toasty nuttiness, a touch of dark cherry and a chocolaty sweetness. But it's not a sweet coffee...it's very bold. I have to say this is my new favorite coffee. It's way less bitter than other coffees. It's just delicious.

First off the coffee smells great and grinds smoothly. I wasn’t sure how I was going to like the dark cherry profile. To my surprise it blended well with the milk chocolate and toasted nuts flavor. This is a brief review of the 30 ounce bag Mashup of Peru + Colombia + Honduras 100% Arabica coffee beans sold at Sam’s Club. I am not a coffee connoisseur and do not pretend to have the palate to detect fine and delicate differences in coffee beans. Opening the bag, I inhaled a deep rich aroma. I like my coffee strong and robust and these beans did not disappoint in the end. The front of the bag of coffee states the taste as “Milk Chocolate Sweetness, Dark Cherry and Toasted Nuts.” I used a glass drip container, grinding 18.2 grams of beans, and drank it black. Saying that, I would have to agree with the taste printed on the bag. It is a very good, smooth blend. I did not taste any bitterness. Your method of preparation may affect a difference in the flavor, however, so keep that in mind. Having tasted them, I would recommend them and would purchase these beans again. I purchased the whole bean coffee and was delighted with the wonderful aroma of the coffee. After grinding it, I made a pot of coffee and the aroma was very enticing. I felt this had a light flavor for me which if you like that option makes for a great fresh and light cup of coffee.

The first thing I noticed about this coffee was the aroma. After opening the bag it hits you and it smells wonderful, you can definitely tell it is quality coffee beans. As for the taste, it is a dark roast so you can definitely expect that. There are hints of milk chocolate and dark cherry, but they are not overwhelming. I was pleasantly surprised by how rich and creamy it was. It has such a nice bite to it that makes it so refreshing in the mornings. It pairs very well by itself or with any creamer you would normally use.
