I have become rather picky about my coffee choices lately, and I had the opportunity to try Mash-up Peru, Columbia, Honduras blend. The flavor was a little more mild than I anticipated for a dark roast, but it was notable. Not too bold for a dark roast either. To provide context, we grind and French press our coffee so we can get the best flavor possible without burning from a traditional drip machine. Personally, the flavor for me was a little to mild, but for a mild coffee it is good. I give it 5 stars for mild flavor, but 4 star personally because I prefer something a little more bold. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavors listed on the bag are accurate...it's got a toasty nuttiness, a touch of dark cherry and a chocolaty sweetness. But it's not a sweet coffee...it's very bold. I have to say this is my new favorite coffee. It's way less bitter than other coffees. It's just delicious.

I noticed big-time stomach issues (diarrhea) after drinking this for a long period of time. It progressively got worse . I thought since this was a dark roast it wouldn’t happen. I switched over to a name brand dark roast then it stopped. Just be careful and I wouldn’t drink a lot of it daily. It taste great.

100% percent organic whole coffee beans. These coffee beans come in a sturdy resealable storage bag (with sticker reposition tab). What a wonderful combination of flavors that go beyond the basic coffee. Boyer's Coffee goes the extra mile to provide this blend of beans sourced from 3 different locations. I put the beans in my coffee grinder for a quick spin before I used the grounds in my drip coffee maker to make a wonderful pot of coffee. I plan to cool the leftover coffee, refrigerate it & use it in an iced coffee tomorrow. With a 'dark roast' I like to add more water than the 'brewing instructions' call for to customize it to my preference and then the bag makes more coffee. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love Boyers Mash Up coffee! I wondered about the name and and found that Mash Up simply means combining. They combine 3 different types of organic coffee beans from Peru, Columbia and Honduras to produce the best coffee. The beans are slow roasted and were easy to grind and the resulting ground coffee was rich in color and aroma. We are always in a hurry in the morning and hubby gets out the door before I do. When I wake up I smell his coffee and it is exactly what I need to get me out of bed to make my own cup. An added bonus is that every bag sold supports a school in Peru. I love it when people "give back". If you like bold coffee to get you revved up and satisfy your coffee craving Mash Up by Boyers is one I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying blended coffees, but never paid attention to the origins of each blend other than "french roast" or "Italian roast", so it was with great interest that I went to try this mash up of coffee origins, especially because my favourite single-origin chocolate regions are all in Latin America (Venezuela & Ecuador). The coffee notes were described as cocoa and dark cherry which are both flavours I love. I've been brewing this coffee all week -- sipped it dark first before adding half and half and I could definitely see this being part of my regular rotation! For being organic coffee, the price seems very fair.

MASHUP Peru + Colombia + Honduras Whole Bean Dark Roast Coffee is exquisite, strong dark flavor with a lovely fragrance. This has become my favorite coffee. The only thing is I wish it was available in more retailers!

I was pleasantly surprised by how rich and creamy it was. It has such a nice bite to it that makes it so refreshing in the mornings. It pairs very well by itself or with any creamer you would normally use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A coffee mashup? Heck yes! I love experimenting with new combinations. These beans are dark! I made a big pot of hot coffee and settled in to test it out. It has a very robust, dark flavor. It was too much for my personal tastes. I then used it to make espresso drinks - definitely delicious! I also used some to cold brew iced coffee and that was a winner too!
