The bag says dark roast but it was a little lighter than I expected. But it was still very delicious. Carmel, chocolate, very smooth. I used it in my French press and it was delicious. I’ll be buying more of this for mornings to come.

I like my coffee strong and when I open the bag, I smelled a deep robust aroma. After grinding the coffee and making a cup, the flavors were smooth and strong. It was a great way to start my morning. However, he tried the MASHUP Peru Columbia Honduras whole bean dark coffee and was pleasantly surprised at the sweet great taste. He repeatedly mentioned the wonderful aroma and said he would definitely get this coffee again.

From the moment I opened the bag, the coffee smelled incredible. I ground enough beans for a pour over and created a cup of the brew. The flavor notes are of chocolate and nuts. The smell is incredible. I brewed mine a bit strong, but still was not overwhelmed by bitterness or acidity. Overall, an excellent cup of coffee. Not to mention, the price point feels incredibly fair for the quality of these beans. The 30oz bag retails at $15 which comes out to just over $7/lb which is less than I would expect to normally pay for a cup of this quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge bag of a blend of coffee beans from Peru, Columbia and Honduras. I love that it is Organic. I think that combining beans from three different coffee regions gave it a nice balanced flavor that was great as my morning coffee. When you open the bag, the coffee aroma is amazing! The beans are dark and shiny.
