[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee! When you open the bag it smells up the room, and when you brew it, it smells up the entire house! This is so rich in flavor, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with getting beans and grinding it myself, but I will definitely be trying more of this!

I have become rather picky about my coffee choices lately, and I had the opportunity to try Mash-up Peru, Columbia, Honduras blend. The flavor was a little more mild than I anticipated for a dark roast, but it was notable. Not too bold for a dark roast either. To provide context, we grind and French press our coffee so we can get the best flavor possible without burning from a traditional drip machine. Personally, the flavor for me was a little to mild, but for a mild coffee it is good. I give it 5 stars for mild flavor, but 4 star personally because I prefer something a little more bold. I purchased this coffee multiple times over the last year, specifically to make cold brew coffee at home. Hands down makes the best cold brew coffee I've ever tasted! I've coined it my *caffeinated chocolate milk* becuase that's what it tastes like, delicious chocolate milk (at least with my preparation). I have enjoyed a cup with limited sweetener and its equally as good, every time.

The coffee is a little bitter for my taste. I often drink my coffee black or with a splash of creamer. I tried the coffee black first so that I could taste the coffee. I will be adding creamer to the rest of the cups I drink. I prefer a smooth Costa Rican coffee. The mix of beans isn’t really my cup of coffee. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great coffee. I'm a sucker for a good, strong cup of Joe. This is my guilty pleasure go to. The flavors of this coffee are very earthy, clean, and bold. I do pick up hints of chocolate. It dose seem to be a bit high on the acidity so I'm limited on how many cups I can drink back to back. Overall great coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a multiple cup of coffee drinker. So my one cup has to be great. I’m in love with this coffee! It’s got great chocolate and fruity hints with an amazing mouth feel. I prefer to drink my morning cup as an americano. This is the perfect blend to give it that extra special taste that I just can’t get anywhere.

From the moment I opened the bag, the coffee smelled incredible. I ground enough beans for a pour over and created a cup of the brew. The flavor notes are of chocolate and nuts. The smell is incredible. I brewed mine a bit strong, but still was not overwhelmed by bitterness or acidity. Overall, an excellent cup of coffee. Not to mention, the price point feels incredibly fair for the quality of these beans. The 30oz bag retails at $15 which comes out to just over $7/lb which is less than I would expect to normally pay for a cup of this quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee has become my favorite brand! It has a really rich bold flavor which is what I like. There is nothing like the satisfaction of grinding your own coffee and getting that fresh smell. I ground the whole beans in my hand grinder and then brewed it in my coffee maker. The taste is awesome! I highly recommend this brand and can’t wait to try other flavors they have!
