[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee! When you open the bag it smells up the room, and when you brew it, it smells up the entire house! This is so rich in flavor, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with getting beans and grinding it myself, but I will definitely be trying more of this!

This is some good coffee. I'm not an expert by any means, but if you like coffee with flavor, meaning you like the flavor of coffee and don't say things like it tastes burnt or whatever, this is for you. It's a shame that it's out of stock online now as well. Hopefully someone realizes this is a huge mistake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the whole bean Mash-Up (Peru + Columbia + Honduras) dark roast and ground it at home. Typically I pour-over but I decided to French press to get the strongest flavor and impact out of the coffee and was very pleasantly surprised. My first impression was how beautiful and shiny the beans were. They smelled AMAZING. This coffee was full bodied without being bitter or acidic. It was quite smooth and didn't have that acidic bite that some full bodied roasts can have. I drank a cup black and then I added a sweet cream creamer to my second cup, just to see what it was like and it was like dessert. The chocolatey nutty sweetness was everything I would like to enjoy on a daily basis and can't think of a single downside to enjoying this bean. This is the perfect dark roasted morning brew!

There is nothing quite like the fragrance of freshly ground coffee brewing and Mash-Up is no exception! It smells nutty and rich, with a hint of... burnt...and yet - delicious. At first sip, it was bitter and burnt-tasting. To be fair - this sip was straight-up black coffee, aaand I may have thrown off the grounds : water ratio because I am a little out of practice. Adding a teaspoon of agave took away the bitterness and now I have very strong coffee with smoky tones. This may just become a new household favorite, as it will be delicious in protein drinks and homemade coffee ice cream!! If you prefer a light to medium roast, then this heavy-hitting dark roast is probably not your coffee soulmate but if you like coffee with full-bodied mouth feel that delivers a message with each sip - I recommend giving it a shot. Some dark roast coffees can be bitter but this has an unbelievably smooth taste ! With the sweetness of dark cherry& milk chocolate and touch of toasted nuts, it has become my fave! The aroma alone is amazing!!! Excellent quality AND excellent value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee has such a great taste. It has hints of milk chocolate, cherry and toasted nuts and you can really taste those flavors. I was really impressed by how much coffee comes in this 30 oz. bag too. The aroma is heavenly when brewing. I would recommend this coffee for all kinds of coffee drinkers. The hints of flavor are not overwhelming so I think a flavored coffee drinker or one that likes regular coffee would really enjoy this kind. I love how they mixed three different origins in this one bag to make a Mash-up!

I cannot believe how great this coffee tastes. We grind about a week's worth ahead of time. Then, we brew it daily using an old fashioned percolator. The sound of the percolator brewing combined with the heavenly aroma that permeates throughout our home... It's not just coffee, it's a real experience.  I hope Sam's Club never stops carrying this coffee.

Mash-Up whole bean coffee is a dark roast fusing 3 single origin coffees (Peru, Columbia, Honduras) into one. It’s modern packaging really stood out on the shelf. The taste notes description on the bag looked good. It had a great, awakening, strong aroma once I opened the bag. I brewed it with my Aeropress and the resulting cup was bold and full bodied. It’s not mild on flavor, so if that’s your sort of coffee then you’ll like it. I’m partial to light & medium smooth roasts, but this still tastes good and I would recommend it.
