I had my coffee black because I did not want to take away the rich, tasty flavor which brought so much satisfaction to my taste buds. MASH-UP COFFEE is amazingly fresh down to each bean and would be enjoyed anywhere at any time with anything.

It is also mildly sweet and not at all bitter. I drink it throughout the day at work for a midday boost. I will definitely be ordering more of this blend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love MASHUP Peru + Colombia + Honduras 30oz Whole Bean Dark Roast Coffee. It is robust yet flavorful. I love the combinations of origins. No bitterness just awesome dark roast coffee. I highly recommend this coffee for all of you coffee lovers.

I have become rather picky about my coffee choices lately, and I had the opportunity to try Mash-up Peru, Columbia, Honduras blend. The flavor was a little more mild than I anticipated for a dark roast, but it was notable. Not too bold for a dark roast either. To provide context, we grind and French press our coffee so we can get the best flavor possible without burning from a traditional drip machine. Personally, the flavor for me was a little to mild, but for a mild coffee it is good. I give it 5 stars for mild flavor, but 4 star personally because I prefer something a little more bold. MASHUP truly mashes the best of different beans -- rich taste, bold flavor but also very very smooth. I usually add creamer but am finding I'm adding it less because I don't want to jack with the taste. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon pick-me up. We also enjoyed a cup over birthday cake the other day which seemed to enhance the cake too! Big Big fan - so unique!

But it's not a sweet coffee...it's very bold. I have to say this is my new favorite coffee. It's way less bitter than other coffees. It's just delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised by how rich and creamy it was. It has such a nice bite to it that makes it so refreshing in the mornings. It pairs very well by itself or with any creamer you would normally use.

I felt this had a light flavor for me which if you like that option makes for a great fresh and light cup of coffee.

I was really impressed by how much coffee comes in this 30 oz. bag too. The aroma is heavenly when brewing. I would recommend this coffee for all kinds of coffee drinkers. The hints of flavor are not overwhelming so I think a flavored coffee drinker or one that likes regular coffee would really enjoy this kind. I love how they mixed three different origins in this one bag to make a Mash-up!

I made this coffee strong, as I prefer it, grinding the beans at home. When I opened the bag, it’s delicious aroma made my mouth water, and the sheen of the beans demonstrated that they were fresh. Once brewed, I drank the coffee with hazelnut non-dairy creamer, and the combination of the two was fantastic. I would buy this product again.
