[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE Mash-Up Coffee! The Peru, Columbia, and Honduras blend is so smooth but still has the bold flavor i look for in a dark coffee. Even better it is organic and socially responsible and roasted in small batches. The beans are slightly oily but are very fresh and taste great once i grind and brew each morning.

This is so rich in flavor, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with getting beans and grinding it myself, but I will definitely be trying more of this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, this coffee has ruined me for convenient, pre-ground coffee. Grinding it yourself at home, fresh every morning, is a total game-changer. The aroma is unreal. It's like living in a coffee shop. I have had to adjust how much grinds I use because fresh ground is quite a bit stronger than pre-ground, even when you first open the container. Or maybe it's the blend of beans? This flavor of MASH-UP COFFEE contains beans from Peru, Colombia and Honduras and it is bolder than my usual breakfast blend. I make a pot of coffee in the morning and put any leftover into the fridge for iced coffee later in the day. Just a head's up that it's kind of tough to reseal the bag. I was worried about the beans going bad before I could use them all and I live in a hot climate, so a friend warned me to keep the unused beans in the freezer and just take out what I need each day to keep the rest of it as fresh as possible. I'm not sure if the freezer part is necessary, but I didn't want to chance it. So far the beans have stayed pretty fresh and the lovely aroma has not dissipated much, but now my freezer smells like coffee which is a little weird. I may try putting some in an airtight storage container and keeping it in the pantry to see how that goes... hopefully I can save some freezer space and still have super fresh beans.

It is also mildly sweet and not at all bitter. I drink it throughout the day at work for a midday boost. I will definitely be ordering more of this blend!

I had my coffee black because I did not want to take away the rich, tasty flavor which brought so much satisfaction to my taste buds. MASH-UP COFFEE is amazingly fresh down to each bean and would be enjoyed anywhere at any time with anything.

I felt this had a light flavor for me which if you like that option makes for a great fresh and light cup of coffee.

MASHUP Peru + Colombia + Honduras Whole Bean Dark Roast Coffee is exquisite, strong dark flavor with a lovely fragrance. This has become my favorite coffee. The only thing is I wish it was available in more retailers!

I really enjoyed the dark roast mash up. It is a dark roast which is my favorite but what I enjoyed the most was how smooth it is. There is no bad after taste and seems very low in acidity. I like my coffee black and generally drink Starbucks, but I throughly enjoyed this cup of coffee and could see purchasing this again! My review of this coffee starts with its packing, what I love about the packaging is that it has a resealable sticker to help keep the beans fresh. The coffee itself is delightful. It is whole bean so a bean grinder is necessary. I then made the coffee using my keurig reusable pod on the 8oz setting and the coffee turned out great. This is a dark roast coffee however it doesn’t seem overly dark, which I enjoy. This may be due to the fact that it has a milk chocolate sweetness according to the packaging.
