MASHUP truly mashes the best of different beans -- rich taste, bold flavor but also very very smooth. I usually add creamer but am finding I'm adding it less because I don't want to jack with the taste. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon pick-me up. We also enjoyed a cup over birthday cake the other day which seemed to enhance the cake too! Big Big fan - so unique!

It is also mildly sweet and not at all bitter. I drink it throughout the day at work for a midday boost. I will definitely be ordering more of this blend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, this coffee has ruined me for convenient, pre-ground coffee. Grinding it yourself at home, fresh every morning, is a total game-changer. The aroma is unreal. It's like living in a coffee shop. I have had to adjust how much grinds I use because fresh ground is quite a bit stronger than pre-ground, even when you first open the container. Or maybe it's the blend of beans? This flavor of MASH-UP COFFEE contains beans from Peru, Colombia and Honduras and it is bolder than my usual breakfast blend. I make a pot of coffee in the morning and put any leftover into the fridge for iced coffee later in the day. Just a head's up that it's kind of tough to reseal the bag. I was worried about the beans going bad before I could use them all and I live in a hot climate, so a friend warned me to keep the unused beans in the freezer and just take out what I need each day to keep the rest of it as fresh as possible. I'm not sure if the freezer part is necessary, but I didn't want to chance it. So far the beans have stayed pretty fresh and the lovely aroma has not dissipated much, but now my freezer smells like coffee which is a little weird. I may try putting some in an airtight storage container and keeping it in the pantry to see how that goes... hopefully I can save some freezer space and still have super fresh beans.

This coffee is a perfect blend when ground and smell delicious. I think for the price this coffee has a much better flavor then some of the more expensive popular coffee you can choice from. I get no heartburn from this coffee like I do from some dark roast coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the whole bean Mash-Up (Peru + Columbia + Honduras) dark roast and ground it at home. Typically I pour-over but I decided to French press to get the strongest flavor and impact out of the coffee and was very pleasantly surprised. My first impression was how beautiful and shiny the beans were. They smelled AMAZING. This coffee was full bodied without being bitter or acidic. It was quite smooth and didn't have that acidic bite that some full bodied roasts can have. I drank a cup black and then I added a sweet cream creamer to my second cup, just to see what it was like and it was like dessert. The chocolatey nutty sweetness was everything I would like to enjoy on a daily basis and can't think of a single downside to enjoying this bean. This is the perfect dark roasted morning brew!

Mash-Up whole bean Dark Roast Coffee has the rich aroma you expect when opening a fresh bag of finely roasted coffee. Upon grinding the anticipation for a cup grows as you inhale what now sweetly fills the kitchen. The rich cup was made according to my likening with just the right amount of organic cream to transform the cup into a smooth Carmel mixture of pure delight. My review of this coffee starts with its packing, what I love about the packaging is that it has a resealable sticker to help keep the beans fresh. The coffee itself is delightful. It is whole bean so a bean grinder is necessary. I then made the coffee using my keurig reusable pod on the 8oz setting and the coffee turned out great. This is a dark roast coffee however it doesn’t seem overly dark, which I enjoy. This may be due to the fact that it has a milk chocolate sweetness according to the packaging. This is some good coffee. I'm not an expert by any means, but if you like coffee with flavor, meaning you like the flavor of coffee and don't say things like it tastes burnt or whatever, this is for you. It's a shame that it's out of stock online now as well. Hopefully someone realizes this is a huge mistake.

The coffee tasted great! It had a mellow taste with a hint of soft chocolate and spices, which I really enjoyed. Also the chocolate taste was balanced with a hint of spices and a little bit of fruitiness. The appearance of the coffee beans was also very appealing. The coffee had a deep, dark color and was glistening from the oils on them which made them very attractive. When I opened the bag the aroma was rich and moral bus.
