I believe that this coffee is very smooth with a rich flavor. The packaging scared me with the milk chocolate sweetness, dark cherry & toasted nuts though the flavor was surprisingly good! I am not that personally fond of chocolate flavors in my coffees but none of those three flavors were overpowering. The coffee had a sweet aftertaste and was not bitter at all. Had I never read the taste on the label I would never have guessed the flavor of this coffee. I was pleasantly surprised and can’t wait to drink it again! This is some good coffee. I'm not an expert by any means, but if you like coffee with flavor, meaning you like the flavor of coffee and don't say things like it tastes burnt or whatever, this is for you. It's a shame that it's out of stock online now as well. Hopefully someone realizes this is a huge mistake.

I made a pour over using my Chemex and had an excellent cup of coffee with this MASH-UP coffee. I drank it black and could really taste all of the notes. High quality beans!

I believe I may have found my new favorite coffee! First of all it smelled amazing while grinding up the beans. I loved the “mash-up” of flavors and I really could taste the chocolatey, the nutty, and a hint of cherry from the first sip. It was so smooth, strong, and in my opinion not bitter at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with the strong bold flavor of this coffee. The beans are beautiful and smell amazing! This coffee is a perfect blend when ground and smell delicious. I think for the price this coffee has a much better flavor then some of the more expensive popular coffee you can choice from. I get no heartburn from this coffee like I do from some dark roast coffee.

Mash-Up whole bean coffee is a dark roast fusing 3 single origin coffees (Peru, Columbia, Honduras) into one. It’s modern packaging really stood out on the shelf. The taste notes description on the bag looked good. It had a great, awakening, strong aroma once I opened the bag. I brewed it with my Aeropress and the resulting cup was bold and full bodied. It’s not mild on flavor, so if that’s your sort of coffee then you’ll like it. I’m partial to light & medium smooth roasts, but this still tastes good and I would recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge bag of a blend of coffee beans from Peru, Columbia and Honduras. I love that it is Organic. I think that combining beans from three different coffee regions gave it a nice balanced flavor that was great as my morning coffee. When you open the bag, the coffee aroma is amazing! The beans are dark and shiny.

This coffee has a wonderful aroma. As soon as you open the bag you can smell the nice mixture of flavors. I also like that it smells strong too. When I ground it up, it had a very nice silky texture. While I was brewing the coffee, it had a great smelling aroma that flowed throughout the house. The color of the coffee is very dark. Some coffees are so thin you can almost see through them when brewed. This is not the case with the Mash-Up blend. The flavor is very strong and I don’t know that I could drink it all the time because I’m a medium roast type of person but it’s a very smooth taste. My husband loves it and he’s a dark roast drinker. I definitely would recommend this because it has a very good flavor profile.
