Good bench but the instructions were horrible and wrong, it would tell you to put the wrong screws in places. Plus half of the screws had bad threads so it almost couldnt even get put together.

The Glider Bench was very easy to install and put together. They are perfect on my front porch. Adds so much more to my front porch . I just wish my late wife could see them and be here to enjoy

Started on the assembly but couldn't even put the first bolt in because i was sent the wrong part. When I called the company, instead of just sending out the part I needed, I had to send them photos of the wrong part and photos of my Sams order number through email. What a pain! It has been 2 days and still haven't gotten a response saying the part has been shipped. Why can't I just call, give them my order information and have them send me the right part! You would think as a Sam's Club member, I wouldnt have to go through all of this.

Relatively easy to put together. Did it by myself in 30 minutes or so. Glides and sits comfortably.

We are not great at putting things together but this worked.Good product.
