We gifted this glider to a senior who recently gave up her car. It was a tough time for her and we brought the glider over for her front porch, we get a phone call every other day about how much she loves sitting on it and how blessed she is to have it. It is beautiful, well made and will last for years.

I am 70 yr old woman and not very flexible but I assembled this alone, until attaching the metal glider bars. The instructions and diagrams were not very clear. I looked up a photo on Sams.com and expanded it. This helped. Each metal bar has *one* arrow and word “up” on each side. The word “up” seems irrelevant to assembly. Attach all four bars to either seat section or base section. The arrow, and writing, face *into* the wooden part where bolt goes through. That should turn the bar in correct direction. As you bolt the bar onto the wooden leg, the arrow and “up” will be sandwiched in the middle and not visible.

This glider is just what ai wanted for my front porch! We did condition it with teak oil which made it even more beautiful! I did condition it before putting together which made it much easier! I would highly recommend this glider. We also purchased the teak rocking chairs to match.

This glider arrived in a box needing to be put together. For this I was disappointed. I am an arthritic over 60 female, not in the best of physical shape. I was able to put it together on my own and seeing how it was put together, showed me how well it was designed and manufactured. Hopefully it will handle being outside during the winter here in Tennessee, as I intend on using it year round on my covered front porch. Being that it is made from teak, I anticipate it will.

Well made and sturdy, comfortable to sit on, glides well, and not too difficult to put together. I wanted to keep the natural finish so I applied teak oil. When used outside it will turn grey if you do not apply the teak oil.

Purchased this for our screened-in porch. Good assembly instructions. Not difficult to assemble. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Seats 2 adults with no problems, Very sturdy.

Well built, strong bench with great quality teak wood. Can do better with Instructions manual and clearer pictures. Only reason for 3 star is the weak wrench included in the package that’s just useless. You would need two 1/2” wrenches for tightening the nuts and it’d make it a breeze.

The bench arrived in a few days. The shipping box was a little rough looking but there was no damage to the bench. The bench is solid teak and unfinished which is ok. The craftsmanship is first rate and I found nothing lacking in the assembly instructions. I was able to assemble the bench in a few leisurely hours. The description of the bench led me to believe all of the hardware was of stainless steel and performing a magnet test no fasteners we're attracted (good stainless). However the bearing bars holding the base to the seat are highly attracted to a magnet meaning a high iron content that will probably rust quickly in the coastal environment we live. I'm guessing these are not stainless steel. If not for this it would have earned 5 stars

We have had some problems: 1. One of the back supporting spokes was broken when it arrived. I called the number for replacement parts. They seem to take a break in the middle of the day. It was hard to get someone to answer. A replacement part was promised and it arrived quickly, 4 days later. 2. The replacement part was the wrong part. It had been mislabeled. Another phone call produced the correct part in 1 day. The swing seems very good. It was too high however for my wife's short legs, so I have done some carpentry work to shorten the height of the bench. I am still very hopeful that the swing will be a great addition for our patio.

Glider is great I own one. You did not standby your courtesy price adjustment so I had to send it back. This was like bait and switch. You say one thing I have documentation then you do different and don't honor what you say. Customer service is poor at best. I spoke to 7 different representatives and the last EDA put me on hold for over an hour and never got back with me as did your other representatives.
