[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our swing set for around 1 month now and the kids just love it. They ask to go to the “backyard playground”. Came organized in the package. Precut wood, organized hardware and easy to read directions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I did the assembly ourselves, took us a few 8 hour shifts on the weekends, I would definitely pay for assembly not because it was difficult, just as a time saver. We are both very handy people so it was relatively easy for us. Instructions were very detailed, we took the time to inventory all of the parts right down to the hardware which took a good while, but everything was labeled perfectly and every single piece of wood was clearly and correctly marked and packaged in a very organized way which made taking inventory easier. The diagrams were clear and the hardware pictures were to scale which also made assembly easier. The set is incredibly sturdy and we expect our son to get years of enjoyment out of this playset. I would highly recommend this playset and company. Good for DIY people like ourselves, but with only two of us assembly did take some time since we both work and at times I would assemble some on my own while hubby was in the office. So if you have limited time I suggest professional assembly. Overall, fantastic and we highly recommend.

Helps to lay out and organize all parts and pieces before beginning assembly. Took about 8 hours with 2-3 assembling or supervising.:) Directions were clear and there were no missing parts/hardware. Awesome addition to our yard and pure joy for the "grands"!

I assembled single person over 3-4 days , everything is sized right and great solid feel post assembly, beautiful to look at. thank you!

My three year old son loves the swing (we bought the toddler swing seat). He wakes up in the morning and the first thing he wants to do is go outside and go on the swing! Also fantastic customer services. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and kind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All wood arrived without warping, the supplied hardware was sturdy, and all accessories well engineered. After comparing play sets from other manufacturers, we were ok spending a little more for quality and thicker wood components. Also, I found the instructions to be very thorough and well designed. 10 hour build, which included inventory, layout, and familiarization with parts.

I really liked the play set. I ran into issues when driving the lag bolts. Couple lag bolts caused the wood to crack. The steering wheel lag bolt is too long and it hits the swing arm bolt causing the steering wheel to be loose. I replaced the bolt for a shorter one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this up and functioning for about a month, the kids love it and it is strong enough for the adults to play on too! It was tedious to put together, but the instructions are very well done and did not take a crazy amount of time. It is important to check all parts first off and follow instructions. We choose this brand do to the cedar wood, the reinforced strength and good reviews I have researched from other mom's. We live in one of the wettest ares on the west coast and having it last was a priority. So far we are happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finished putting together this week. Kids have been constantly playing on it. Seems very sturdy. The headboard over the slide and ladder was split, so will need to get a replacement piece. Assembly could have been made much easier if the hardware was organized better. Simply having each screw/bolt/washer/etc. size in separate bags with a labeling code would have saved about an hour. Overall, assembly went smooth and the instructions were clear. Hopefully we'll have the playset for many years!

Seems pretty safe and sound and of course the kids love it, especially the ladder to the play deck. We live in the PNW so we'll see how it holds up after a winter of rain but right now it's absolutely beautiful.
