Kid loves it. I am very happy with the product and customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for my yard, lots of fun features. He likes the swing and telescope! He was so excited to see it set up in the yard finally!

Set the playground up June 2023. The canopy ripped off October 2023 when it was windy. Despite emailing customer service twice, I haven't gotten any responses about the warranty. Bought the baby swing to go with it and the swings are tight going across. I would find a brand with better quality and customer service.

However, I would redesign it so the components like the slide, rock wall can be interchanged to fit the needs of the home owner. It would have worked out better for me if I could have switched the slide to the side and the rockwall to the front due to th

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set for our great-granddaughter who is just turning 2. This set has a lot to afford like the slide, swings and the deck with a trap. As she gets older there is a rock wall and rope, sandbox, So she will be able to grow up using this swing set. Like I said this swing set is made to last and grow up being used. The set is very well made. I would buy this set again, and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We assembled this 2 weeks ago and its good. Assembly went pretty well, although 2 weeks ago we did my neighbors and his had assembly instructions on a great app - BILT. This one seems more stable (better footing) that his. Also his had about 80% predrilled holes, and this one had about 90% predrilled so that helps. But it seems pretty solid. I was impressed that of all those lightweight cedar boards, we didn't have any split on us. It is strange that the monkey bars don't allow kids to enter the upper area of the play set per the instructions, probably for safety or liability. So anyhow I modified mine to remove those pickets so that the kids could get into there from the monkey bars.

Bought this in early March and it came within a few weeks. Very manageable install w two people, but plan a weekend (2 days 4-6 hours each day). Definitely organize the parts and pieces prior and do yourself a favor and get a socket wrench drill bit to attach to your drill! Set was great quality, everything pre drilled and instructions were fairly straightforward. Kids have been loving playing on it and the tube slide is a great addition to the standard slide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased the Outing with Tube Slide for my 3 year old and 1 year old and they love it. We have used it every day for the past two weeks. My 3 year old's favorite part is the swings. My 1 year old loves playing in the fort (with mommy or daddy watching him) with his dump trucks. I was able to put the set together by myself in about 10 hours without any helpers. Started by reading the directions carefully and measuring out the location of the swing set in my back yard (used some small flags to mark the 4 corners of the main fort) the night before. Spent 2 hours sorting all of the pieces and hardware when it first arrived. From there it was a breeze - the directions are very clear and they come with an easy to use 1:1 size chart for the hardware. The longest part (about 4 hours) was leveling the ground underneath the swing set. Highly recommend a good cordless drill, impact driver, drill bit set, deep docket set, and 3' level. Sorting the hardware in tupperware containers before starting the project probably saved me a few hours. The product itself is very well made. The swing set is sturdy and every accessory (swings, trapeze, slides, telescope, etc.) are high quality. I love the cedar finish on the wood and the bright green, yellow, and blue colors on all the accessories. I'm glad I spent a few more dollars to go with Gorilla over other brands - well worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this swing set for my boys since Covid hit and all the play grounds are closed. My husband and father in law put it together in two afternoons. They said the instructions were easy to read and they had no issues putting it together. One piece of wood was warped but we made it work. I am so happy with this and my boys absolutely love it.

After researching several different playsets we decided on the Outing III because of it's reasonable price and value. Nice sturdy construction, easy to follow instructions, just be sure to allow plenty of time. Our two year old granddaughter plays on it every day.
