My husband and I did the assembly ourselves, took us a few 8 hour shifts on the weekends, I would definitely pay for assembly not because it was difficult, just as a time saver. We are both very handy people so it was relatively easy for us. Instructions were very detailed, we took the time to inventory all of the parts right down to the hardware which took a good while, but everything was labeled perfectly and every single piece of wood was clearly and correctly marked and packaged in a very organized way which made taking inventory easier. The diagrams were clear and the hardware pictures were to scale which also made assembly easier. The set is incredibly sturdy and we expect our son to get years of enjoyment out of this playset. I would highly recommend this playset and company. Good for DIY people like ourselves, but with only two of us assembly did take some time since we both work and at times I would assemble some on my own while hubby was in the office. So if you have limited time I suggest professional assembly. Overall, fantastic and we highly recommend.

The ID tags on wood pieces are too easily broken and lost causing delays. Assembly went smoothly. It took 14hrs total 7 ½ hrs with two adults and a sic year old boy. 5hrs with papa 73 years and William 6 years and 1 ½ hrs with Papa. The finished product is SUPER!! According to William V.

Purchased this item based off price point and discount. After assembling and finding many cracked boards, contacted customer service with photos. Their reply was "wood breathes so keep an eye on it and contact us back when it breaks completely," refusing to replace them after multiple requests. To me that's a safety issue, these are boards on the decking and the rock wall. 14 boards in all. If you know your product is subpar, why would you want your name attached to that. Sams Club is amazing and is returning the product, and I will be purchasing a better quality tree house from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this swing set for my son and it's been great! It's very sturdy and I think it'll be a quality peice of play equipment for a good long time. I did need a little help putting it together, but if you have someone you know who is handy with power tools and knows how to build things it can be accomplished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end ofJuly and finally received it in Mid September. I understand due to Covid that there would be a delay of some kind. It was well worth the wait. Happy with the product overall. Wood is really nice and all the pieces fit nicely. A couple exceptions on pieces exactly fitting perfectly. Definitely need at least 2 to 3 people for assembly. Took roughly 15 hours to put together, but we didn't rush building it. Recommend sorting all the parts before hand. The kids absolutely love it. Can't wait to get home from school and go play on it immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this playset about a month ago now and my kids love it. Install was easier than expected thanks to everything being predrilled. Only complaint I have is that the screws and bolts were not separated or labeled. Other than that loved the product and quality.

Assembled the playset today, and was pleased at the way it went together. Only problem we had was figuring out the 4 main beams for the fort. Got the front and the rear ones switched. Had to correct this before going any farther. Everything fit very well.

Bought this for our twin grandkids for their 6th birthday. We cannot believe the quality for the price point that we paid. The trucking company's driver that delivered it went above and beyond and the product arrived with all the parts and no damages,

So I built this myself, covid alone style. I'm pretty handy, but the task is daunting at first once you start opening the packages. Anyway, I would suggest reading the intro parts of the directions (which I skipped). There they explain important things like how the bolts may actually look different than in the pictures, where the board labels are.. etc. so after fiddle messing around for at least an hour, I finally found the lumber and hardware for step one. This took me approximately two days to build on my own. By the start of day 2 I had enough assembled that the kids could play around on it while I did the finishing touches like the roof, etc. once I actually organized all boards with the labels facing out on my bench it went much smother. I skipped ahead in the directions and put the slide and rock wall on before other steps so the kids could play with that. They did a great job with the directions and diagrams . Oh and I spend at least 30 minutes looking through my things for a square bit, but then realized they provided one..... like they said in the directions I didn't read at first. So I would read them. The final bolt was too short to finish the darn thing, but that was my fault. I had to go through the entire set and did find a bolt that was too long that I must have put in accidentally . Swapped em out and it was all good. It's a big task, but doable if you have the time!

My husband and father in law put it together in two afternoons. They said the instructions were easy to read and they had no issues putting it together. One piece of wood was warped but we made it work. I am so happy with this and my boys absolutely love it.
