[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kit arrived with a few week delay due to COVID on Wednesday. The instructions and parts packing were very clear and organized. We completed the set working afternoons and evenings, by Friday night. The kids love it so far.

1. Would be nice if the directions showed the actual part number instead of just the board size. 2. Order of construction instructions could be be better - e.g. Install the swing supports before putting the support in the set so they're not so high when attaching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end ofJuly and finally received it in Mid September. I understand due to Covid that there would be a delay of some kind. It was well worth the wait. Happy with the product overall. Wood is really nice and all the pieces fit nicely. A couple exceptions on pieces exactly fitting perfectly. Definitely need at least 2 to 3 people for assembly. Took roughly 15 hours to put together, but we didn't rush building it. Recommend sorting all the parts before hand. The kids absolutely love it. Can't wait to get home from school and go play on it immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this swing set for my son and it's been great! It's very sturdy and I think it'll be a quality peice of play equipment for a good long time. I did need a little help putting it together, but if you have someone you know who is handy with power tools and knows how to build things it can be accomplished.

Purchased this item based off price point and discount. After assembling and finding many cracked boards, contacted customer service with photos. Their reply was "wood breathes so keep an eye on it and contact us back when it breaks completely," refusing to replace them after multiple requests. To me that's a safety issue, these are boards on the decking and the rock wall. 14 boards in all. If you know your product is subpar, why would you want your name attached to that. Sams Club is amazing and is returning the product, and I will be purchasing a better quality tree house from them.

Was easy to put together as long as you follow the directions. My son loves it and we can't keep him off of it now. We are so glad that we got this playset. It took us about 8 hours for two adults to inventory and build. It looks so great when you are

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of other reviewers have correctly addressed this play set's quality. It's real wood (light wood, but real) and the hardware isn't so cheap that I'm left concerned it's going to corrode after two seasons and fall down. My main beef with the thing was the packaging and setup instructions. My wife, father-in-law, and I got it done in about 10 hours total, but that could EASILY have been 6 or 7 hours if we didn't have to spend so much time sorting through hardware. The wood is labeled well enough. There are a lot of pieces, so at first you'll spend a little time searching for the right one, but as the pile thins, that becomes easier. But the hardware? I thought it was a joke! The hardware (of which there is a ton) comes in three boxes. There are easily several hundred pieces, including all the bolts, nuts, screws, washers, lock washers, t-nuts, and screws - and apart from a few things that were pre-bagged, it was all just LOOSE HARDWARE. Then, adding insult to injury, the labels for the hardware in the instructions don't match the printing on the hardware itself. You're forced to actually measure the bolts to make sure you're getting the right size. And it's not like there were 10 four-inch bolts and 20 eight-inch bolts. There's at least 8 sizes, many of which differ from each other by only a quarter or half of an inch. Toward the end of the build, we were left with two bolts of slightly different sizes, one of which was too small for its intended application, resulting in a hardware store run. End of the world? No, but so completely preventable. At that point in the process, there was no way of knowing if we'd not received the right number of bolts or if we'd used one incorrectly six hours before. Asking the buyer to sort through all the carriage and hex bolts on their own to inventory what they received against the packing list is burdensome and silly. With a few extra labels and plastic bags, Gorilla could make this a lot easier. But no, they just dump all the metal parts in a couple of boxes and say good luck. All in all a good set, but either count all 500 pieces before you begin or have a hardware store in mind to hit up when you find out you're missing one critical part.

I think it is pretty well built. However, the construction process was questionable at times. It seems it would be easier to put the trapeze hangers on before attaching the board. You would also have more room to attach the swing arm to the fort if you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking at several different swing sets we went with this one because it had the solid wood roof, a straight slide and a tube slide. It is windy where we live and a canopy roof wouldn't last. Thought the price was decent for all the activities you get. We decided to install ourselves. Directions were pretty easy to follow. Everything was labeled clearly. I did majority of it by myself. Only a few parts you might need some help. Make sure to have a drill, socket adaptor for drill or socket wrench. Took me about 3 days to complete but that's working on and off throughout the day. If you work none stop you can probably finish in one day with help or two days by yourself. We were worried about the size of the swing set. This was perfect size for our yard. We don't have a huge yard so this swing set works perfectly. My 2 1/2 year old is loving the swing set and can pretty much do all the activities herself.
