I saw the most relief in my coughing, aches and pains and congestion. One is formulated for daytime so you don't get sleepy and the other is to help you sleep more comfortably by helping to control all your symptoms. Overall this is a great choice to help relieve your cold and flu symptoms and I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NyQuil brand is always my go to at first sign of an onset of symptoms of cold or fever. I tried NyQuil/DayQuil severe liquid when I started getting symptoms and it knocked them out before it started. They didn’t completely disappear, but they were minimal and the NyQuil made it so I could sleep and the DayQuil helped me function throughout the day. I keep some of both on hand in the medicine cabinet for anytime I may need it and it helps being sick, not as awful as usual.

Two NyQuil and one DayQuil is illogical. It should really be two DayQuil and one NyQuil.

It's like they wanted to make it nicer for people who like candy... instead of making medicine that works anymore.

Why would it be 2 night time and 1 day time? The only time I'm going to be using it is during the day. In an average 24 hours we use two doses of DayQuil and one NyQuil. My family goes through twice as much DayQuil as NyQuil. Am I the only one?

Doesn't this contain the drug ingredient that the FDA just announced was no better than a placebo? I'm pretty sure it is in this medication.
