I definitely recommend this. It helps you sleep of the night without coughing and DayQuil helps you during the day and don't make you drowsy

This product opened up my lungs and allowed me to breathe. I was able to sleep through the night getting much needed rest.

I'd say they are rather effective in helping me power through. But it's the convenience of having both in one package that makes it really worth buying. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the "quil" brand I have to say, I am a fan of the dayquil but could pass on the nyquil. The nyquil makes me feel like I have a hangover the next morning. The dayquil is great though. Cannot get through the day when I am sick with out it. Love that it's liquid too! Never been great at swallowing pills, the liquid is super fast acting!

I did however taste both just out of curiosity and they are pleasant and sweet with the signature cough syrup tinge. Really like the combination of the day and night time relief I'm one package. Value wise it's cheaper to purchase this pack than the bottles separately.

After taking the recommended amount in an easy to pour container it takes about 45 minutes for the medicine to start working and lasts for about 6 hours with a cough. The after taste and the actual taste of the medicine is a little strong but goes away fast.

The day quil is great because it helps relieve cold symptoms without making you drowsy. The nyquil allows me to get a good night sleep while taking care of my aches and pains and congestion. It has quite a strong taste but it is tolerable.
