Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Downy Light In-wash Scent Booster Beads. We genuinely appreciate your input and understand how disappointing it can be when a product does not meet your expectations. It’s important to note that the effectiveness of in-wash scent boosters can be influenced by several factors, including: - Amount Used: The amount of beads used per load can be adjusted based on your personal preference for scent strength. Larger loads typically require more beads to achieve the desired scent. - Dissolving Process: If the beads are not dissolving completely, it may be due to the washing machine settings or the temperature of the water used. We recommend using lower heat and shorter dry times, as super high temperatures can affect the performance of the scent beads. - Washing Machine Load: Overloading the washing machine can also prevent the beads from dissolving properly, so ensuring there is enough room for clothes to tumble freely can help. If you continue to experience issues with streaks or undissolved beads, we recommend re-washing your clothes with the appropriate amount of detergent and ensuring your washing machine is not overloaded. We take quality very seriously and would like to investigate this matter further. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 688-7638, where our service team is ready to assist you.
