Family favorite, but be sure to select your own and don't order for pick up. I ordered as part of pick up order once and my entire refridgerator had to be cleaned the very next morning, it was spoiled. Sam's did refund, but what a pain! We cook wrapped in foil on the grill with sliced onion and lemons, pepper and capers.

I've purchased this for our Christmas meal for several years now. I was pleasantly surprised that it had not taken a huge jump in price this year like a lot of things have. It's always been very good quality and was again this year. Next year I probably will go with the skinless though.....

Th salmon was a very nice piece. When I made a pick up order I didn’t specify no skin and I received the salmon with skin. A couple of weeks later when I went into the warehouse I purchased the salmon without skin. Both pieces were nice, thick pieces.

This is now a weekly staple for our house. We buy the biggest so there are leftovers for snacks, salads, and to-go lunches. Prep is so simple... Season top and bottom with any seasoning mix, wrap in parchment, place on sheetpan, and bake...done! Be sure to check the expiration date when buying and cook very soon after getting it home. Highly recommended!

I got 2 slabs of salmon (among other items). One salmon had a "use by" date that had expired 2 days prior to delivery (date of delivery was 4/4/25, and "use by date" was 4/2/25). I am attaching a copy of the label on the wrapper. The rest of the order was good, including the second salmon. The expired salmon seemed to taste fine, but it should not have been sold past the "use by" date. I was told by one of your associates that when you do the pick-up or delivery orders, the perishables are gotten from the back room, not the floor, and I thought the associates were supposed to check the dates when filling orders. Apparently, someone is not paying attention to dates like they should. My wife saved the photo so that I could show it to you when you ask for review. Unfortunately, I'm not sure now how to send a photo, since the "add photos" below is grayed out. I'll send if I can. If you don't get the photo and would like to get it I'll be happy to send it to you if you can tell me how to do so.

healthy and tasty place the skin side down on a bed of sliced oranges. cover with equal parts marmalade, honey and butter. Poach for 30 minutes in equal parts OJ and white wine. Reapply the concoction use above and broil for five minutes to crisp and curl the marmalade rinds. Serve with green vegetable and saffron rice. Feed the skin to make happy dogs.

I had to descale the salmon it was full of scales so it wasn’t cleaned well at all. It cost so much for a side of salmon, that I felt this should have been done. The care of meats at Sams club has changed since COVID-19. Prices are off the chart!! I washed it off after removing the scales ( and cleaning scales from all over me and kitchen) and seasoned and grilled it. It taste great. So guess that’s all that matters.

I started buying more meats from Sam’s because I’ve been impressed with their ribeyes. I tried this salmon and the quality was very good. It was tender and as fresh as food be for being shipped to a landlocked state. I tried 2 recipes I found online—both were ok. I don’t think it was the fault of the fish, I just need to up my cooking skills!
