I’m a member of the Crowdtap Neutrogena® rewards program, and Neutrogena® sent me a sample of its Hydro Boost Water Gel to review. I thought that this product absorbed well and it wasn't tacky or sticky. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth. It's great for dry flaky winter skin and smells very nice. It has a pleasant floral fragrance. I used it on my neck,face and hands. This product is more like a serum then a cream since it's water based. A little is all you need to make your skin feel soft and smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I wasn't going to like this but actually did. For it being a thick gel It pretty lightweight doesn't leave your face feeling like there's stuff caked on. Instead it leaves a refreshing feel.

I LOVED the neutrogena hydro boost water gel. It really made a difference in how soft and moisturized my skin felt. Winter makes every inch of my skin super dry, and this was the perfect amount of moisture to revive my dry flaky skin. It was lightly scented, not heavy, or sticky and just perfect. I LOVED it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product, but really wish it came in a tube or pump rather than a jar. I find jars unhygienic when it comes to skincare. The product itself is amazing. It is very hydrating and light on the skin. It makes my skin glow and feel soft.

The lightweight,fluffy texture sinks in to your skin locking in moisture without any greasy residue. My skin was softer,fine lines plumped and brighter within 7 days. I've also used HydroBoost on the back of my hands. The difference is dramatic! Fine lines and dryness have almost been eradicated. Having HydroBoost underneath my makeup each day is my new secret beauty weapon!

Applies to skin smoothly and keeps my dry face moisturized throughout the day and night. Feels refreshing after application. I already bought more because I love it so much!

I noticed that it kind of smooths fine lines and open pores for a flawless application of makeup. It'd be nice if there was a small spatula in the package.

I received the product for review purposes but my opinion is not skewed any differently bc I received it for free. First of all the packaging is very nice. When opening it up you'll notice that it definitely has a watery consistency which makes sense bc it is a gel. The first thing I noticed is that is smells great! It as a very refreshing spa kinda of smell to it but its not too much to over power you. Now I do have normal to dry skin and overall I dont think this moisturizing enough to use as your night cream. But I do think this a great moisturizer to use as your day cream, right before you put on your makeup. And actually bc this absorbs very quickly its perfect to apply before your makeup. Overall its a good product for the day, however your extremely dry then I dont think this will cut it for you.

I really like this I wear this under my retinol cream. My skin is so soft when I wake up. Its an extra step in my routine. However, I see and feel the difference. This is my first time purchase of any water gel. I plan on continuing buying this product its worth the purchase.

i use this product with the water gel cleanser and it works amazing!! it moisturizes my face beautifully and lasts all day long! i have naturally oily skin and it doesn’t add too much to it although at the end of the day it does end up getting oily which is completed natural!
