After double cleansing, I apply the cream, and then I use my usual retinol cream. This gel is deeply hydrating and lasts until the morning. Overall, I love this gel and will repurchase it when I run out.

I usually don’t really love the gel consistencies, but this was more like a cream. Great for wearing alone or under makeup!

Neutrogen's Hydro Boost Water Gel has been a staple in my skin care routine for over 2 years. The product is extremely hydrating and I love it. It's great for the summer and winter and can be used during the day or night. My husband even uses it. A total must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first used this product I thought, "Wow! This really hydrates." But just a few hours later the effect fades. I was quite disappointed. But I do have EXTREMELY dry skin. Maybe it will work better for someone with moderately dry skin.

It doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or sticky and its done amazing things for my skin! The gel cream feels amazing going onto my skin and a little bit goes a long way! There isn't enough good things to say about this product. It really is night and day from other items on the market! 100 out of 10 recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neutrogena, hydro boost gel cream is a good product, although it did make a skin a bit oily I did start pair it with toner before applying it directly to my face which seem to help tremendously with the oily feeling.

It doesn't make my naturally oily skin any more oily and when combined with my current products simply blends in well. I will definitely be replacing my current moisturizer with this one, Neutrogena has definitely stepped their game up since I was in high school.

It does feel watery to the touch which I expected nothing less but it really does moisturize my face. I have very oily skin so I was looking for something that didn’t add extra oil to my face, this is it. I apply my powder sunscreen over this and I am able to be matte most of the day. This product has exceeded my expectations honestly.
