I put it on before applying my makeup and I have no more flakes, which is a blessing! This product is also lightweight, so you don't feel like you have a lot on your face. Personally, I prefer products that don't leave my skin feeling greasy. It’s a very light textured cream, it feels more like a gel. After using it morning and night, I can say that my skin really feels hydrated, radiant and much smoother. I was soo happy to see it has hyaluronic acid, which is one of my favorite ingredients because it’s so good for hydration. I love how quickly it absorbs, and it doesn’t dry sticky!! I’ve found it is perfect to apply right before you start your makeup routine, for a silky-smooth base! My new favorite moisturizer!

At age 50, my skin has been changing for the past 15 years. I'd used other skin creams, but didn't notice much. Ten years ago, I needed to start using a CPAP for sleep apnea. The mask would cause indentations on my skin that would last all day. People were constantly commenting on it, it was embarrassing. Then a year ago, I saw a commercial for Hydro Boost, with the claim of your skin bouncing back. I thought I would give it a try. I started noticing results before finishing the first container. Now the indentations left by my CPAP mask only last about a half hour after getting up! I love this product! People now comment that I look at least 10 years younger than I actually am! Another great thing about it is that I have oily skin, and the water based gel is perfect for my skin type, and doesn't clog up my pores. Thank you Neutrogena!

I get dry skin on my face everywhere except the bridge of my nose and this moisturizer has done a great job at keeping the dry skin away. I dont feel the need to have to constantly reapply it throughout the day. I love that it feels very smooth, light, and silky.

This cream is very hydrating, dries fast and leaves your skin soft and matte. I bought this cream for my dad because he has very dry skin and his skin is peeling from dryness and he has been using it and it has gone super, super good. My skin is oily but I still wanted to try it and I loved it too.

i loved this product when it first came out. i went through 2 bottles before the price spiked. since then i can't justify paying that much for a neutrogena moisturizer. i now use the aveeno gel in summer or kiehls in winter but unfortunately i can't justify this for drugstore.

I was also experiencing some dry spots under my eyebrows, around my mouth, and chin, which gratefully cleared entirely by using only the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel for a month. This gel has seriously changed the appearance of my skin, and I love it. It is lightweight and non-greasy, and it does an excellent job of hydrating my skin without making it feel oily. I also like that it is fragrance-free, which is important because I have sensitive skin.
