Container I got must have been left out because it was runny and tasted sour. I usually LOVE this cottage cheese, when I went back to get a replacement there wasn’t any to be found.

Excellent tooper of many dishes

Super creamy and delicious! I added this to a salad I had last night and will say that this is the best bleu cheese I’ve had in a long time. Not overly aggressive or overpowering, I believe that I will grab a handful for a quick snack by themselves.
