Beautiful taste and we use it almost daily. Cannot beat the price per ounce. I break it down by cups and use my food saver to protect it from mold - but I've never had mold take place anyway.

These crumbles are great and the price is good. Blue Cheese lasts a long time so it is worth getting it this way even for only one per who like blue cheese

This is a very nice blue cheese. The crumbles make it easy to use. Freezing portions in snack bags worked perfectly. Absolutely no deterioration or loss of quality when frozen. It's a lovely change of pace from feta or other salad cheeses.

This is a good value. There is a variety of sizes, not all finely ground if you like larger chunks. The downside is the container is too large for a small family to use quickly.

For me, blue cheese was a special occasion. I saw this tub and said take a chance! Wow, I'm really pleased with it. I make sauce to put on my burgers: 2 heaping tbs mayonnaise, 2 heaping tbs blue cheese, 2 tbs minced dill pickles also from Sam's. Mix and add to the hamburgers, out of this world!
