Awesome rower and fast delivery. Setup was easy and it works great. Definitely a MUST for a full body workout.

I purchased online on Jan.1, 2020 and it arrived via FedEx on Jan. 8, 2020. I got home excited to get started rowing; assembled on Jan. 9, 2020 which wasn't too bad; plugged it in and there was a very loud banging noise coming from the round drum part of the rower (think a shoe in a drier!). I immediately registered my machine and submitted a ticket via Icon online. Still nothing back from them the following day so I got on chat while at work and was told I need to call so they can hear the noise. Called this morning @ 5 am PT before work and was told that I have to take the entire front apart "to help them troubleshoot"! Wait, I'm supposed to disassemble this thing and remove 20+ screws and bolts before you can even help me?? Then the Customer Service rep. proceeded to scold me for having it in the garage!?!?!? Well, sir . . . I'm not lugging a brand new broken piece of equipment into my 2 story home before I know it works when it was delivered IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE which is where I chose to assemble it. I would love to take it inside of my house and workout as planned however that's not an option. Awesome customer service! This is going back to Costco on Saturday, unbelievable! This rower is awesome. From the first time it showed up in the shipping box, I was impressed. The ease of setting the machine up, it literally took 10 min, from start to finish with the easy to read and follow instructions. Within a half hour I was signed into IFIT and off Rowing the beautiful waters of the Pacific Northwest. My entire family has used it. The smoothness of the row is especially nice. It also folds up easy and unfolds to use as easy, not very heavy, but very sturdy. I highly recommend purchasing this product!

I have loved this rower since receiving it a few weeks ago. The set-up is very simple and can be done with only one person even though it recommends two people. In all, it took me 20 minutes to set up as there are very few pieces. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. The rower itself is very discreet. It’s quiet (can easily get a good workout in without anyone in another room hearing a thing) and can easily stow away into a right space so as to not be in the way. There are many more resistance settings than other rowers I have used, which creates a great manual workout, but I especially enjoy the iFit program that allows me to select workouts that fit my time schedule and workout goals. The videos are motivating and make the workout experience much more enjoyable overall. The app also tracks performance in order to help you monitor your progress. I got the rower in order to supplement my regular workout routine when I couldn’t get to the gym, but it’s been the perfect piece of equipment by itself during the quarantine period. iFit offers loads of cross training options to help get me a dynamic workout in every day if needed. Overall, highly recommend this rower and look forward to using it even more going forward.

This is a very nice rower. Very sturdy, easy to "fold up" to make smaller for additional space in the room. So quiet -- you can hardly hear it so watching TV while rowing is super easy. Many options for resistance so good for many different family members with an array of fitness levels.

Being a runner, I had been looking for something to help in my cross training and this seems to be a great machine for the job! Set up was relatively easy and despite it’s length, it is slim and quite compact. It is quiet and smooth in its movement and provides good resistance even at its lowest setting, giving you a good workout! I love that the feet adjust, and that all my kids (youngest being 13) can use it comfortably. The only thing I’m not too crazy about is not being able to activate the console without signing up for the iFit program. While iFit gives you some pretty great workouts, is fun to use, and is compatible with multiple pieces of equipment, it was frustratingly not being able to just use the console... I later learned how to bypass the sign-up, but had already signed up. Not being a rower, I also wished there were more instructions/ explanations on the settings for the console. Overall, I am very happy with the machine itself!! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I really love this rower! I love that I feel like I'm getting cardio AND weight lifting in the same exercise routine, which you'd get with any rower. But this one from ProForm is super quiet, and the seat is so comfortable and really smooth as it glides. The screen is really easy to see all my stats, and there's a super convenient tablet holder above it that has a spring in it that clamps down and keeps my phone or iPad from falling out. I was able to set everything up very quickly and turned on iFit Coach to row with one of the trainers right away. It was awesome that the rower would automatically change the resistance levels when the trainer was talking so I didn't have to press any buttons to get the workout he wanted me to have. Really, the only thing that concerns me is that the pull strap is just a nylon strap, instead of a metal rope, so I'm just not sure how long-lasting that will be. But it's not a big deal. Overall, I'm really, really happy with this rower. It looks and performs awesome, and I would definitely recommend it to others. This is a well built machine and assembly was easy. You must enable the operation of the console by downloading ifit app or calling them but you don’t have to sign up for membership beyond 30 day free period. Using the onboard routines is easy once you figure out what they do because user manual lacks detailed instructions.
