We have had good service from our new TV. It takes time to get to know it and if there is an issue, it would be that there is not well explained instructions. The picture quality and sound is very positive. This is our 3rd Samsung TV.

I bought this on a Black Friday deal with some help from the store clerk to identify this was the best tv for gaming and watching sports, and wow were they ever correct about that! Game changing experience!
