We have had good service from our new TV. It takes time to get to know it and if there is an issue, it would be that there is not well explained instructions. The picture quality and sound is very positive. This is our 3rd Samsung TV.

I have been very happy with my new TV. The picture is very clear and crisp. I like to watch sports and there is no sports ‘lag' when watching. I am still exploring all of the features and have been happy with each new discovery.

The picture is great, but its OS has limits. I was very disappointed to find that you can't load the Peloton app on the TV. I've also found that my SONOS sound bar WILL NOT connect with it no matter what I've tried. Super frustrationg!
