Gary's Sirloin Beef Thinly Sliced QuickSteak, Frozen, 9 ct.

Very chewy... smelled awful... tasted like raccoon ankles

Horrible

Saw these one day and thought would try them out. Whole household did not care for how dry the steakems turned out. Won't be buying again.

Good taste when I add flavor packet and extra seasoning, onions, green peppers, and cheese on a bun with mayo.

Philly cheesesteaks made `quick and easy.

Best frozen steak.

Cheesesteaks!

I enjoy eating a steak and cheese sandwich from our nearby sandwich shop so my husband thought he's buy this to see if I'd like it. I did not. The taste for me was off putting and the meat is very greasy.

Can't recommend. Too greasy, taste is off for me.

I know these were made for someone making a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, or something similar, but I use it for my homemade Pho soup.  I get a broth from a restaurant I go to when I visit my Mom, and add this beef as the beef for the soup.  Each packet has three beef bricks and I add one to the Pho broth as I heat it up.  Then I add some noodles, jalapeno pepper slices, and Siracha sauce and my Beef Pho soup is ready to go once it is boiling.  I used to use shave beef from various grocery stores in the area, but I would have to vacuum seal them to save for when I made my soups.  Now, I don't need to do the vacuum sealing and these end up being cheaper than buying the shaved beef from grocery stores.
