First time buyer, they were great! Tender and tasty with seasoning pkg included. I did peppers & onion with melted cheese on a bun. Will keep it on my list, we loved them.

Bad Taste, Greasy, Ground up bones included,...We cooked one pack sat down to eat we both took two bites and then all of it went straight in the garbage were it came from....or belongs! Yuk

Greasy, lots of fat, bad flavor despite using the flavor packet. Left a film and bad taste in the mouth. Sam's used to carry a really good product that I bought all the time, Steak-Eze. Please bring that back, my family misses it and we won't be buying Gary's again.

If you’ve ever had Old Neighborhood brand shaved steak from grocery store you’ll know what decent cheesesteak meat is, it’s lean good quality meat and you can add oil as needed. This is not it. It’s really greasy and not only can you not cook with any oil for peppers onion mushrooms etc with the meat but you also need to drain it before you add anything. It tastes like steak umm or worse. Gross.

It makes one of the best steaks for a sandwich. Love this
