First of all, sirloin is typically a tougher cut of meat, but the way this is prepared, it's not tough at all. Second, I feel a lot of people mistake moisture for fat. There tends to be a good combination of moisture and fat so the meat doesn't dry out. Makes an excellent, fast, easy meal!

What a nice quick easy thing to make as it goes straight from the freezer to your frying pan and is ready in minutes! I like to cut up peppers and onions and fry all together. I’ve had it on a hoagie but my son likes to wrap it up in a burrito. I think next I’ll try over rice. After my first purchase I went back and got 2 more! It’s a freezer staple!

Very bad. Tasted like a poor cut (chuck maybe) that left an aftertaste almost like it had started to turn even tho the pull date was 10 months out. Pan seared one serving and after two bites it all went in the garbage, even the remaining frozen portions.

I don't care for meat very much but I needed to add more protien to my diet due to health issues. These quicksteaks are perfect for me. They have a mild flavor and the wow seasoning is very good. I use these in a wide variety of dishes so that I get protien with my vegetables. I have made many different stir frys, fajitas, philly cheesesteaks, french dip, and even beef bbq sandwiches with this meat. They provide me with protein and are not high calorie. I would recommend others to experiement with these quicksteaks.

Primarily for cheesesteak subs, but they're also a convenient portion of beef for many recipes/applications. True to their name, they do cook up superfast and are tasty, with good texture. They also make a wonderfully indulgent dieting food. The beef is lean at 170 calories for 4 ounces, just like 93/7 ground beef but taste better since they are sliced from steak. They're healthier than ground chuck 80/20 or super fat 73/27 1/4 pound burgers. I like that they leave the seasoned salt out of the meat and include it as an optional packet. Smart decision by the manufacturer, let us decide how much salt we want. Easy to fit in the freezer too since they lay flat as a pancake. They're not cheap at $6.66 per lb (666, really Sam's?), but I think they're worth it. They're priced about what would expect to pay. I'll buy again.

OK guys. The seasoning they give you is not enough for the flavor I like. However I put on creole seasoning when cooking these up and they're phenomenal. The texture is perfect quality is spot on. You won't be disappointed. I also sauté a Vandalia onion in the mix. Give them a try. Def buy CREOLE seasoning if you like an extraordinary flavor. Way better than any steak joint has to offer.

LOVE THESE! i can't get over how quick this cooks and how easy it is to "shred" it - so flavorful too and no fatty pieces ever - i tend to use them for philly cheese steaks - just quickly heat on stove add a bit of beef bouillon to make it beefier and then throw provolone on top and peppers - great sandwich in minutes!

We sampled this on our last trip and it is a family favorite! I never bought it before because I thought it was frozen sandwiches with lots of bread. However, I was so pleased to discover that it is all meat!! We will be adding this to our cart every trip.

Tooooooooo much fat now. My family loved making chessesteakes with this meat but I recently bought some and I can tell they changed the meat and its loaded with WHITE FAT NOW. I had to pick out all the white fat before serving. Time to look for a new brand I'm done with this product. It was good while it lasted.
