I loved this toothbrush, like totally loved until 1 year after buying it the battery will no longer hold a charge. SOOO DISAPPOINTING 😞 Paid way too much for it to break after 1 year.

Wish I knew how it worked. The package was left out in the storm so both the outside box and inside box was mush. Fed ex picked it up and a 2nd was delivered supposedly and left outside in no packaging at my apartment unit. The initial package left out in the storm showed back at my actual door 2 weeks later undeliverable to Sam's. I was told to toss it in the trash which I did because it was useless. I did finally get my refund a month later. I guess I'll purchase in store the next time they go on sale.
