Using the instructions for oil and water on the package makes the cookies very oily. If you get the large package and divide the inst. in half it works a lot better.

I recommend adding a cup of raw peanut butter to the mix tor really kick it up a notch - and actually added an additional egg and a little bit more oil and these cookies turned out wonderful
