Bought two of the 17.5 oz. packages. The mix was hard and lumpy. The only way I could use them was to mash the dough up with my hands. Some of the lumps I was not able to crush. The date on the packages were:02Sep2015AV0754 4.

These mixes are so easy to use and the cookies taste great. My only complaint is that I never get as many cookies out of it as the package says. Maybe my scoop is too big?

These are my absolute favorite cookie mixes as well as muffin mixes. They are so delicious and always come out great. Always an inexpensive item and easily able to find them anywhere I typically shop shop for groceries. Overall a great purchase
