[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My absolutely favorite cookie are peanut butter cookies. I love this brand. Moist on the inside, crispy on the outside. The sugar cookie batter is awesome also. You can use them to make a lot of great recipes or cut them out in creative shapes for decorating. Either way you cant go wrong with Betty Crocker Sugar cookies.

I have to take one star off because the instructions tell you to divide the dough into 36 small cookies or 24 larger ones, and thats just a lot of cookies to fit on one pan to cook in the oven at the same time. I ended up making two separate trays. I also substituted coconut oil for the recommended vegetable oil. And I topped some off with a few cacao nibs!

I make the batter and bake as directed, I do not use a fork to create the little grooves. After the cookie is baked, I put an unwrapped Hershey Kiss in the center of the warm out-of-the-oven cookie and press it slightly down. You can use any flavor of kisses, but it is essential to use the Betty Crocker Peanut Butter cookie mix for the best flavor!

I did add two eggs to this mixture instead of one. I think it helped make the cookies even more flavorful. The cookies were thick and crumbly, just how I like them! The flavor was delicious and rich. I recommend these cookies to anyone who loves Betty Crocker and peanut butter!

I love to bake and I've tried many scratch recipes for PB cookies, but this is by far, the best in taste and texture. Why go to all the trouble of making cookies from scratch when this mix is available and you get much better results.

I really like Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix. Sometimes I just dont want to make homemade cookies, and I love Betty Crocker mixes. The peanut butter cookies taste like they should. They are not too sandy. They are sweet and have that perfect peanut butter flavor. Delicious!

Worst cookies I’ve “made”. They fall apart too easily, they don’t taste good at all, and I bought the package that is SUPPOSED to make 12 2-in. cookies I have 10 1/2-in. cookies. The dough was so dry and crumbly I could barely make the cookies. Betty Crocker should have done better being a name brand and all.

After reading through the reviews - many critical - I used 2 Tb oil, 1Tb water, 1 egg and 2 Tb peanut butter. Because a chocolate and peanut butter combination is a favorite here, I added 1/4 cup of smallish chocolate chips. I let the dough sit for a few minutes, then mixed it again so that it didn’t seem powdery. I made the smaller size cookies, baking them for 10 minutes. There have been no complaints. There are also none left.
