I like to eat cereal sometimes, but keeping milk fresh is a problem. I now make up 16 oz of milk and let it chill in the frig overnight. Tastes great and never goes sour. Great taste.

I don't drink milk and never tasted this product as only reconstituted milk. I use this only in recipes. Occasionally when I bake, the recipe calls for milk or buttermilk. I can't see buying a half gallon of milk just for a cup or less. Then, having to throw away the rest or take the time to measure portions to freeze. This organic powder milk is perfect for my needs. I can just use what is needed for a recipe and stored away until I need it again. If I need buttermilk, I add vinegar and tbs of butter for added fat to the reconstituted milk. I can't tell the difference in recipes. I am glad this product is organic. I also hope the cows are pasture raised grass fed.

I use this as a coffee creamer - doesn't dilute my coffee or change the tempature of my coffee. I always have it on hand, especially during hurricane season when the electricity goes out. It is great when I run out of milk or if my milk has expired and I need milk for a recipe.

I really thought this would be great. It is not. Not a very good taste. Does not taste like milk. It has a weird taste tonit. Extremely disappointed. Will not buy again.

Finally, a company put dry milk in a carton type box. It arrived in great shape. We did find that adding the powder to the water and using a small blender worked best using very cold water. We like the taste also, not watery.

Convenient and organic option for use in everyday uses for millk. Mix it in a glass jar in small batches and great for coffee etc. much better that the other alternatives because it’s whole milk not slim and organic.

I have bought this milk in the dry form and the liquid in small boxes. I didn’t know if the grandchildren would like it (it’s shelf stable so easy to keep on hand). They loved it. They didn’t want to go back to regular milk.

This dry milk is so versatile and convenient. Easy to mix up a quart for daily use and for baking needs. Perfect to take along on camping and road trips.

I go through so much milk every week, this is actually cheaper to buy. Must have organic grass fed. Seller is great and local. Packaging was triple wrapped outside plus more padding inside box! (FedEx can be brutal) so they must be reading comments. They just lowered the price today to $26.94! Immediately bought two more!

Have not used it- it was purchased in case of a shortage of fresh milk- the way things are happening and corporations nickle and dimeing raising prices because they can, without out regards for those of us who are just regular people trying to stay alive etc. the S______ will hit the fan at some point, I' sure the product is good- will be using it when necessary.
