This is pretty good, certainly better than the dry, non-fat variety. An excellent substitute if you can't get to the store or the shelves are empty when you do. Texture is good. Tastes best when refrigerated. The expiration is 15 months out from purchase, making this a very good buy for the pantry/emergencies.

We decided to pick up some of this milk to put back for emergency. When I got it, I opend the can to transfer it into a Mylar bag to extend the shelf life. I took that opportunity to make a glass and taste it. This milk tasted EXACTLY like whole milk. I knew this milk had to pass the final and most difficult test: The Picky Child Test. I pourd some in a glass and gave it to my son. He drank it and didnt say a word! He didnt have a clue it was powered. I would definitely recommend this milk. 5 Stars here!

This milk is the only one my son can drink as he has eczema and allergies. This milk does not caused him any problems and its our family favorite. It taste amazing and smooth i hope its not discontinued as i have not been able to purchase it in a couple of months.

My toddler still drinks milk overnight. He was weaning off but after I had my second when the baby Brezza runs to make the baby's milk he my toddler wants milk also. This is the only cleanest milk I can use with the baby Brezza and has been a lifesaver overnight. Now the only problem is it hasn't been on the shelves and my baby is turning 1 I was looking forward to having easy nights with one baby Brezza formula maker making whole milk overnight I did a lot of research but this is the best and cleanest milk powder out there. Please bring it back in stock

We are glad to have this option. We really like Horizon Organic milk , and we tuck this away so we will never run out of milk. I have used it in my coffee - and I like using it because I don't have to heat regular milk to prevent it from cooling my coffee when I put it in. I can use this simple powdered milk and the temperature of my hot beverage does not change. I hate those little creamers - very unhealthy, ( as is powdered creamer) so this is just a fantastic option - and healthy.

We keep it at our pantry at all times. It doesn’t matter whether it’s made in a large or small batch, it still has a great taste.It has came in handy when we have had lengthy power outages and weren’t able to get milk at nearby stores. Makes awesome hot chocolate!

I love this milk! It's the only joy milk. I've found that tastes actually delicious. But, it almost seems like it might be discontinued… I haven't been able to find it online for months. I hope it's just a supplied issue and not that they've discontinued this product.

It's good, but the taste is definitely that of powdered milk. I do like the way it dissolved in hot coffee. Many powdered milks just clump in hot beverages

Has a strange taste, it must be the added dunfower lecithin. I went back and purchased the Members Mark nonfat instant dry milk, which tasted beyter.
