I was shocked to see 4 grams of sugar for a product that should help inflammation! sugar counteracts the turmeric benefit and is bad for inflammation.
I returned them.

Product itself is great, but after we got home from picking up this online order we found that the product had been tampered with. The cap was crooked and the inner seal was broken. Sam's promptly refunded the cost, told me to dispose of the product, and issued a gift card as an apology.
