I just started taking these for joint pain. I prefer gummies because a lot of supplements are hard for me to swallow. These gummies have a good taste but they are way too sweet. 5g of added sugar is excessive and unnecessary since there are healthier alternatives. My mistake for not reading the label carefully.

I tried taking Turmeric capsules but ended up with stomach issues after a few days. I couldn't take them long enough to see any benefit. I tried these gummies after my husband started using them. I didn't have any stomach issues and have been able to take them daily for several months. My joints feel much better and I'm able to train harder. I recommend these for anyone who has trouble taking the capsule form of Turmeric.

I prefer the capsules. They were all stuck to my teeth. I’m sure they are as effective as capsules, but they aren’t for me. Sorry.

As I've aged I've noticed my joints getting stiff and aching a lot more however when I started using this product I noticed relief almost instantly. I would not stop taking this product for anything as it seems to really help my joints.

Like all supplements, you're not sure if they actually work. You just take them and hope for the best. I haven't experienced any effect as of yet since taking these gummies. The texture of these gummies is different from a typical gummy. This one actually sticks to your teeth which is quite annoying. The taste is average and wouldn't say its the best tasting gummy. I had better.

I have a full bottle just sitting on my shelf. I love my Qunol Co-Q 10, so I might try another form of their turmeric because I trust the brand.

But then after a few weeks I started to notice that my pain had come back and it seemed to be worse in more of my joints. Really upsets me because I had to stop using them. I wish somebody at this company could explain why this happened and what I could possibly do again to ease my joint pain.
