I prefer the capsules. They were all stuck to my teeth. I’m sure they are as effective as capsules, but they aren’t for me. Sorry.

I am happy to say that I am relatively pain free, unlike many acquaintances who do not take Turmeric. I switched from a generic product to Qnol and have found the benefits to be noticeably increased.

As you know, Tumeric can get quite messy (staining, etc.), so it's great I can just pop them in my mouth and chew away! I will definitely look for the added ingredients next time (ginger, etc.). Within a few weeks, my joints, knees and hands, EASED UP, UNBELIEVABLY! I am 68, and as fast as the aches and pains came on, it disappeared! Seriously, if you are at wits end, check with any meds you're taking, and bring these into your life! I did, and it has worked for me! Can I guarantee IT works???? ALL I KNOW THIS WAS the only thing I added to my daily vitamins?..NOTHING ELSE.. and btw..my daily vitamins includes: 1-OTC DAILY MULTI-VITAMIN, 2-FISH OIL, 1-AN OSTEO BI-Flex(triple strength), 2-QUNOL TUMERIC 1,000! I give a +10 credit to the help of my overall health. I’m in excellent health. I only go for check-ups every 6 months. All my vitals are excellent. I know turmeric is not 100% all for my great health, I feel like it is a great contribution to it.
