[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am weaning myself off a certain medication that is supposed to help with the pain associated with inflammation. In doing so, I decided to add Qunol Tumeric to my regiment. In doing this, I am glad I did because I anticipated my pain returning greatly, but so far I haven't seen an increase in pain as anticipated. Since the only other thing I changed was adding the Qunol Tumeric, I can only assume it is helping me. The only reason I don't recommend things like Qunol Tumeric or any other medication or supplement is because everyone responds differently to things. I can only say what it does for me.

Also, while the capsules are very effective, the gummies are far easier to take and taste great too!

I started using them when I realized that I waited too long to order my normal refill of Qunol Turmeric in capsule form. Undecided on gummies form, but like Qunol Turmeric. As best I can tell, the benefits are similar, though maybe not identical...too soon to say. I've never been a big gummy fan of any type, supplemental or candy. My main complaint is that it is sticky to my teeth and if I brush them soon after taking them I rinse out a lot of orange (Turmeric?). This makes me question the long term staining risk as well as how much I might be rinsing away instead of absorbing.

I have a full bottle just sitting on my shelf. I love my Qunol Co-Q 10, so I might try another form of their turmeric because I trust the brand.

I tried the gummies but did not care for them. the sugary coating is messy and the flavor is pretty nondescript. I prefer swallowing a capsule.
