Outstanding product

I just replaced the Defender LTX M/S tires on my truck after 65,000 miles. There was easily adequate tread to take me to 70,000 miles but with winter coming on I decided to take advantage of the sale local Ford dealers were running this fall and put on a new set of Defender LTX MS2 tires. I figured 65,000 miles without a problem means something and the M/S2 tires are supposed to be a bit better across the board. After having the new tires mounted I had a 2-1/2 hour drive home and it felt like I was driving a new truck; the ride was so much smoother and quieter.

Have Michelin Defender LTX 2 on our Lincoln Navigator, and Defender 2 on our Ford Explorer Platinum. They are the most comfortable, best handling, with perfect traction in all weather conditions. They handle the most aggressive roads, are extremely durable, and the tread outlasts the warranty by many miles.

I have used these tires on all my vehicles. Honda Pilot, Lincoln Navigator and just got theses tires on 2025 Toyota tundra. The dealer tires that came with the tundra were only good for 25k. Michelin defenders always lasted 80-85k when properly rotated on time.

So far so good. Just replaced my OEM tires on my 2021 Silverado and it's quite the difference in comfort, road noise, smoothness and handling. I'm very pleased so far.

Just drove home, about25 miles, after the installation of these new tires and I'm already impressed with the difference in handling. They are so much smoother than the Goodyear tires that were just removed.

103,000 miles . What more can you say. I have been a Michelin customer since 1984. Thank you for a great product and company that up hold customer values. Job well done!

Replaced the OEM LTX Trail tires on my 2024 Land Cruiser with only 35K miles - horrible tread life on the Trails. The MS/2 is a far more stable and better handling tire that looks better too in my opinion. Mileage dropped some because the MS/2 is a heavier XL rated tire, with a more aggressive tread design and better traction.

I own a 2024 Landcruiser and the OEM LXT Trail ties needed replacement. Replaced with the Defender LTX MS/2 and so much better of a tire. So much more stable and controlled ride. The tire is heavier than the LTX Trail and I did see a drop of about 3% in fuel economy - but that is a good trade off for the far superior drive performance.

Decent tires, but not worth what they cost. I purchased these during the fall promotion, but Michelin denied my rebate application claiming they were purchased from an invalid dealer despite the dealer being listed as a participating dealer on their website.
