Tried making it in a skillet, light bread crumb coating, it fell apart and had a chemical aftertaste. Others like it.

Better taste than farm raised. The code is better than the the salmon. On another note, Sometimes the meat is old. We froze some steak and after a few weeks we were going to have it and it had a bad order and turned black.

I buy this product from time to time. Unfortunately, 50% of the buys are not fresh, with strong smell. The fish was packed so well that there is no way to tell its real condition until the package was opened at home - too late!
