I always buy wild caught verses farm raised. I have watched documentaries that show wild caught is more healthy and cleaner than farm raised.

Package is roughly 2 - 3 lbs and cryovacked. The quality is excellent and is sold at a great price. I make New England baked cod all the time.

The cod fillet was excellent. No bones, nice color, tender and fresh. A little on the expensive side, but worth it.

We recommend the wild caught cod but you have to make sure it's from Alaska not China. They offer both. Read the packaging.
