Worst Batteries I have ever had in my golf car.

These are the worst batteries for a golf car that is used for any long distances. TOTAL GARBAGE. Do yourself a favor and spend an additional 20.00 a battery for TROJAN 875's. Or 10.00 more for the BLACK BOX that are Trojan Made; I promise that you will Thank me later. If I could I would have taken them all back and got a refund. But alas they just replace these; Every month I would have a battery get a dead cell, and with one of the 6 like that, the smart charger cooks the rest to death trying to charge the battery bank. The warrantee is only as long as 12 months from date of purchase for the original set. The DURACELL name used to mean something for AA, AAA 9V and D and C cells. But NOT for DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES; HONESTLY DO NOT BUY THESE!

Golf Cart Battery

Bought 6 batteries in April 2018. Thing have been good up until last week. One of the batteries is dying (7.4 v), the other 5 are still good (8.4 v). Not sure if I want to replace or go ahead and make the move to lithium. Moving from the 6 dying batteries 4 years ago really gave the cart some get up and go and long run time. Except for the 1 battery going bad, they have been good.

Great Batteries!

I bought these this month and am very happy with them. Our golf cart has a lot of pep since installing them.

Three years is it

You have two choices, these guys that give you 36 months or those guys that give you 48. If you do the math over three replacements you are better off with these. I will be on my second set of these and am content with my decision.

You get what you pay for

I had a set of these batteries for two years and they failed. Previously I had another brand. I paid more money and they lasted 3 years. We are seasonal residents if Arizona and the golf cart is used 5 months each year.

5 Years

I have a 2009 48v cart, I am about to buy my third set of these batteries. So I get about 5 years on each including the original set of Trojans' Trojans would cost me 5 times a much.

3 failed in last 9 months

I bought 6 since January and just had a third fail (dead cell). Charger and circuit are not the problem as it is computer regulated. May be a bad batch my Sams club has, will ask for solutions when I return for replacement next week.

Good as any!

I was told at the golf cart shop that any 8 volt battery "other than their brand" was "junk". I found this to be untrue. These Duracell batteries are performing wonderfully and last just as long as the "Trojan" batteries they replaced.
