Great Customer Service

I bought a basketball hoop for Christmas and the base was leaking water. I submitted a warranty claim and got a response right away. Randy did an awesome job emailing me the status of the claim. I received a new one. Thank you.....

Flimsy

I bought this hoop about two weeks ago. I’m very disappointed. It’s not very sturdy. Everything shakes when the ball hits the rim.
