This my favorite coffee blend. I love the rich, dark flavor. I can't always find it locally so I went to the source directly. I'm so glad that I did because now I get my favorite delivered to my door and I never run out!

For years I chose Dark French, but at the recommendation of my sister-in-law, I tried her favorite, Major Dickason. I don't know who he was, or what evil deeds he might have committed, but this is now my favorite coffee.

I have tried many other of Pete's coffees and enjoyed almost all of them. I finally tried Major's coffee and it is probably my favorite as of now. If you have not tried it as of yet, then you must !

Great product, bad shipping. Coffee arrived with the bottom of the bag split open and coffee beans scattered inside the shipping box. Three-quarters of the bag was still usable.

This is a dark-medium roast that is well balanced between these two roasts (not full dark or medium but perfectly between). I like that this is whole bean so I can grind each time I brew.

I did a one-year study of dark-roast beans, mostly sold in the U.S., and kept coming back to this one. Also, my order usually arrives with the beans still warm, usually within 24 hours of roasting.

Product had passed its Best Sold By Date by 2 weeks. We want coffee to be fresh. Also was delivered in open cardboard tray not a sealed box. We order this product frequently and this is the first time either if these issues has occurred.

Coffee is great, shipping speed/price combination, not so great. I ordered my coffee on a Monday day and waited till the following Tuesday night for it to arrive. Needless to say, a couple of days without my morning coffee shaped this review!
